At Real Steel Knives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
